1. License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control.

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the application
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the application

2. In-App Purchases

The application may offer opportunities to make in-app purchases. These purchases are handled by the app store from which you downloaded the application (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable app store, as we do not have control over the payment processing.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the application in any way that:

• Infringes on the rights of others
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Attempts to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers
• Imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the application, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain our exclusive property. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
